As the signature style of Chandon, Brut showcases the fruitiness, vibrancy, and freshness of Northern California’s warm, sunny days and cool nights.
Delicate pear and floral notes are backed by toasty almond. On the palate, lively citrus, toast and apple flavors are overlaid with persistent effervescence, a creamy mid-palate and a toasty finish.
This bubbly has a beautiful salmon pink hue. Noticeable ripe blueberries and a subtle spiciness from the Pinot Noir with creamy complexity from the Chardonnay. An explosion of raspberry fruit and slight honeysuckle flavors on the palate, with a persistent yet delicate mousse.
Lanson Rose has a beautiful pure color with pale salmon touches. Aromas of roses and fruit predominate, with discrete notes of red berries. The initial impression is tender, well-rounded and fresh. This wine has harmonious balance and good length on the finish.
The delicate nose unfolds in swaths of color. The green of eucalyptus, mint and vetiver, the yellow-orange of mirabelle plums, apricot and orange blossom, the brown of pepper, cardamom and licorice sticks, and finally silvery saline and toasty hues. The mouthfeel is elegant, expressing luxuriant simplicity and precision. The refined and silky foundation becomes more pronounced at the heart. The finish is dominated by a salinity that leaves a deep sensation of consistency.
Spumante Brut comes from the vinification of Glera grapes from the Treviso plains. The wine has a brilliant, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, a harmonious and fruity scent reminiscent of rennet apple, accompanied by floral notes of acacia. The palate is velvety, fresh, well-balanced and lively, with an elegant aftertaste and fine, persistent perlage.
The Brut Vintage 2015 displays a lovely golden hue with silver highlights. The subtle first nose opens with notes of fleshy ethereal hints of rose petals. Expressive and full of freshness, the bouquet is reminiscent of patisserie, pastries and dried nuts. The silky texture is accompanied by a lovely lingering acidity right through to the finish. The 2015 vintage brings us a warm and very fine champagne.
Intense, sweet and fruity with predominant apple. A floral component with a delicate hint of acacia flowers. Pleasant, light, fresh and smooth with distinct harmonious acidity. Balanced, elegant, and persistent. Fruity sensations on the finish.
Vintage Rosé 2015 surprises us with its complex nose and energetic character on the palate. Notes of orange blossom, yuzu and mandarin bring freshness, accompanied by mouthwatering aromas of cherry, aniseed and Vienna bread
