The velvety texture coats the mouth, adding a luxurious touch to the tasting experience. Fine-grained tannins provide structure and balance, ensuring a long and elegant finish.
This traditional Parenchère blend is generally very fleshy, with a very deeply colored robe. Characterized by a good balance between fruit and tannin, it displays distinct red fruit aromas with a long, sustained finish.
Mouthwatering Kirsch, raspberry, black truffle, sous-bois, foraged bounty, crushed leaves, and cherry blossom. It is impeccably fresh, and a perfect balance of fruit and earth. On the palate, layers on layers of red fruit laced with mineral. This is medium+ bodied and packed with a velvety tannic backbone. Never is it astringent or gripping. just elegant.
