The grapes for this single-varietal Blaufränkisch come from biodynamically farmed vineyards characterized by limestone and slate in and near Jois on the slopes of the Leitha Mountains. The 2019 vintage is charming and captivates with its scent of blackberries, blueberries, forest floor and some juniper and pepper. At the same time, its aroma bears witness to a floral freshness reminiscent of ivy and eucalyptus.
