Floral meets the funk as blackberries and lilacs collide with straw and earthy oregano on the nose. The wine has lots of black-cherry fruit on the palate to go with notes such as bitter almond, balsa and Earl Grey tea. The tannins are positively mouth-drying, with modest acidity.
